Simply Asia Montecasino — Restaurant in Gauteng

I had a really disappointing experience at Simply Asia. The service was terribly slow, and I had to wait over 45 minutes for my order, even though the restaurant wasn’t packed. When my food finally arrived, it was lukewarm, and the staff seemed completely disinterested in apologizing or offering any explanation. The atmosphere felt rushed and unorganized, and I just couldn't understand why it took so long for something so simple. It's frustrating when you're excited to enjoy a meal, only to be left feeling ignored and frustrated. Definitely won't be coming back...

I'm always having Simply Asia when in Montecasino with the family. They always delayed, but this time it took over 40 mins for the food to arrive. When complaining to the lady who brought our food to our table, she walked away while I was busy talking and telling her how the preparation yome took over 40 mins. So disrespectful! In addition, the noodles quantity were less than the normal quantity, and was served in the kiddies box instead of the usual tall ones. Seems like they cutting cost to make more profit. I'm done with...

I phoned and placed a Take away order with Grace. Service was very friendly and professional. She confirmed that there were NO Nut allergies, as one of the meals we chose (TRADITIONAL PHAD THA) had crushed Peanuts on. The order was ready in 20 minutes, and when collecting the order was double checked to ensure all the meals were there. The food was delicious, very flavourful and decent portion sizes.

I would definitely recommend #569 TOM YUM CHILLI SAUCE, spicy yet light with the Lemongrass...
