Outstanding Service from Prince at RocoGo(Rocomamas) Montecasino! I recently had an absolutely fantastic experience at RocoMamas Montecasino, thanks in large part to the incredible service provided by Prince. From the moment we walked in, Prince ensured our visit was nothing short of exceptional. He greeted us with a genuine smile and a warm welcome, immediately making us feel comfortable. Throughout our meal, Prince was incredibly attentive without being intrusive. He had a great understanding of the menu, offering excellent recommendations and patiently answering all our questions about the different smash burgers and specials that were offered and vegeterian optipns as my wife was wrried about that. Our orders were taken accurately and delivered promptly, and he checked in at just the right times to make sure we had everything we needed. What truly stood out was Prince's positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm. He created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere, adding to the overall great vibe of RocoMamas. It's rare to find someone who combines such efficiency with such genuine hospitality. Prince is a true asset to the RocoMamas Montecasino team. He clearly takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a memorable dining experience. We had THE WORST experience at this Rocomammas. We were seated and then placed our drinks order and asked for a large chips and chicken strips. Our drinks came and our chips but not the chicken strips. Our drinks were empty for an EXTREMELY long time, after thr chips were brought we never saw our waitress again. We called someone to be helped who then got us new drinks and apologized, they had forgotten our chicken strips so we said to rather leave it. Our empty drinks and food lay on the table and multiple waitors and waitresses walked past us neither cleaning nor asking us if we needed anything else. It is an extremely tiny restuarant, we were walked past on several occasions!

Finally we received our bill after asking for it (our waitress still has not been to our table) There was an appletizer that we did not have when the waistress was asked why it was there she WALKED AWAY. We paid the bill and left, our waitress did not apologize for the mistake she made and lack of service.

The worst experience I've ever had at any Roco Franchise. First we get seated at a dirty table, no biggie the waitron wiped it very promtly. We started our order with milkshakes. While waiting for the milkshakes the waiter came back to our table, rushing us to order beacuse the kitchen will take a while. This happened twice. Still no milkshakes. Our milkshakes did eventually arrive only to be the wrong flavour. While waiting for the correct beverages another waitron comes up to our table and grabs all the cutlery with out a word and takes it to a different table. When we asked the waitron why she removed the cutlery she simply stated that because our table is dirty we must be done eating (the dirt she was refering to were the staw wrappers beacuse this is all that was on our table at this point).
