Debonairs Pizza Norwood — Restaurant in Gauteng

I had the most horrible night last night because of Debonairs Norwood. I ordered a pizza and the driver was taking took long to arrive, I tracked him on the app and he was stationary at BP Garage, after 10 minutes standing in the same spot, I called the shop to inquire what is happening with my oder and the ladie who answered the phone said she will call me back she's called the driver to inquire what is going on . She called back and said the driver is stack at the garage, he was thinking that is is out of petrol but that was not the case ,the bike is broken, so they will send another driver to take my order and deliver it to me in 10 minutes. I got my order cold and the box squashed, I called the store again to report about the cold pizza and squashed box , I was told there is nothing they can do now ,they are closed and that I must not eat the pizza the driver will come tomorrow to collect and I will get my refund tomorrow. Absolutely shocking. Ordered a double crammed crust. I was delivered a Chicken Crammed decker. Its unfortunate that my pregnant wife could not eat it and is now eating a sandwich though. Thats fine I can live with the incompetence in that regard. It took an hour and 20 minutes and when the driver arrived he made me stand in the rain and take each pizza out out of his boot to see if the pizza was mine, What the actual F*%k? He was so late that I cant even call the store to find out what happened or let them know

*Edit - Come to think of it in this Covid situation - I cannot understand how I was forced to handle and open someone else's food. I hope this is complaint is read by the owner, really shocked by this...

On 20/12/19 Friday night i placed an online order at 20:24. I received an sms confirmation, patiently waiting for delivery.

I called multiple times, no answer. My order couldnt be tracked. I finally called mochachos next door and the lovely lady assisted me in getting through.

They said my order was on its way. I received this order at 21:58.

1 and a half hours later. By this time my visitors had left. The food i received was cold and dry.

I am very dissapointed in your service. I expect a reimbursement of the same order that was placed.
