If there was negative star i would give. The service we received at this hungry lion at bank city was appalling to say the least. We were given burgers with rotten patties after waiting for more than 20 minutes for the order. When we went back to complain and return the meals , the manager didn't even bother to come talk to us or apologize for the mishap. The lady at the front had to go call him after we asked to speak to him. even then he didn't bother to apologize or acknowledge the shops error or offer a solution , we had to tell him to make us another meal. We cant be telling him how to do his job. We had to spend our whole lunch hour there and didn't even get to enjoy our meal. Given that FNB employees also buy here the spread of this information would be bad for your business.
