Even after she explained that she wasn’t upset, he continued speaking disrespectfully to her.

Even when another female colleague stepped in to assist, Sizwe continued making inappropriate remarks about the customer to his colleagues.

@Macdonald, you seriously need to improve your customer service training. Every store has a manager on site, and no employee should conduct themselves in this manner. Or is this kind of behavior acceptable just because of the location...

Location: it's actually well situated. Small street is one of the most popular streets in the Johannesburg cbd.

Service: with McDonald's new ways of now ordering on the screen, interactions with waiters is at a bare minimum. But the still make someone available to help out people that don't know how to work the screen.

Food: it's McDonald's. Basically the same pattern of packaging and the same taste.

Cleanliness: it's actually really neat inside given the noisy and often dirty and crowded environment on the outside.
