I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue that I have encountered at your establishment. For the past two weeks, whenever I visit to purchase a foldover, I am consistently informed that flatbread is unavailable.
As a loyal customer, this recurring inconvenience has become increasingly frustrating. Given the popularity of foldovers and their fast-selling nature, I am puzzled as to why there hasn't been a proactive effort to ensure an adequate supply of flatbread. It seems logical that if an item is in high demand, steps should be taken to ensure its availability.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to supply shortages, but this issue appears to persist without resolution. I believe that addressing this matter promptly would greatly improve the customer experience and retain customer satisfaction.

It is incredibly frustrating to report that for the second time in just one month, parts of my order were missing upon delivery by Uber Eats. This lack of attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling customer orders is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reliability of McDonald's Kollonade.
In addition to the repeated missing items in my orders, I was also disappointed by the unprofessional and incompetent behavior displayed by the staff. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any successful establishment, and the unprofessionalism and incompetence exhibited by the staff at McDonald's Kollonade only added to the negative experience.

Read moreThe Lady dressed in white fancy outfit, supposed to assist, was very rude, reading her news and shopping discount paper, and not attending to our food order. After 10min standing at the ordering desk, (paid with cash) so not at the machine, another lady from the kitchen (dressed in normal McD black shirt) came out and attended. Then after ordering 4 full meals with drinks, we took our table number and got a table. When the food came out, that same lady dressed in white brought our order out. I asked her we only received 3 out of the 4 drinks, she took my slip and said the happy meal does not come with a drink, and walked away. After I then stood up and asked for the manager, the lady in white, still walked away and started talking in hear language, ignoring me. The lady that then assisted me behind the cash counter came out and asked whats wrong. I explained the missing drink, and she shoted it out in a short period of time.
