Nando's Banbury Drive Thru — Restaurant in Gauteng

This is the worst place to order food, I recommend using another Nandos.. They have never gotten my order right but tonight was the worst experience I've had there. As a vegetarian that requested a vegetarian meal I had been served with chicken, which I suspect was out off disrespect as I did inform the cashier that every time I order the plant-based pulled chicken I get the veg patty. So this time around they decided to give me real chicken even after me pointing out my option on the menu, which I believe was out of spite as the cashier was also rude as she took the order.

To save myself the frustration I will no longer be supporting...

I always enjoy the food from this branch. I usually order via the app and the chicken is always tasty. I dined in for the first time today and the chicken meal was lovely. Lizzy took our order and her service was lovely and she was very friendly. Patience and Thando (I think that was her name) were also very friendly checking up on whether we needed anything. All three ladies had a smile on their faces and as a customer this is most welcoming. Even though they were busy with drive thru orders and online orders, the manager checked up on each customer that was dining in and even she had a friendly smile...

Guys what exactly is going on at this store drive through? The last time it was "go around as no one could attend at the ordering point.

Now it has gotten worse on 24 July, around 12:30pm we orded 2 quarter chicken and chips one mild one hot and asked for exra sauce, we paid and then proceed to collect the order, (knowing very well that they barely deliver) we asked the guy that handed us our order 2 times.

Did you put extra sauce, he said yes 2 times. Now look at this, when we got home nothing, no extra sauce. We love Nando's and this is the closest to us. Please don't treat us like this....
