Nando's Braamfontein — Restaurant in Gauteng

Had a bad experience with Nandos at Braam Fischer on Sunday, 27 May 2018. Evening shift including a manger, service was very slow. Customers had to wait for a very long time to get orders. There was only 1 waiter who is a trainee. Who could not really multitask. 2 Big tables were not cleaned. Our table was only cleaned when we already seated. The trainee is not trained properly and I do not blames her . We had to ask for napkins after. She just rinsed glasses , brought them to our table still dripping water. Then we order that drink with minty leaves, slices of lemon and Sprite (forgot the name). Presentation was really not good. Then the manager and the chef having a conversation out loud. The manager was by the counter communicating with the chef in the kitchen on few orders. They were just shouting as if they outside the street. They were also singing to some nice house music ( I know they might love the song but to sing out loud with customers present, I do not think that...

It was first time buying at Nandos' Ma'am,We orderd a full chicken meal as a takeaway only to get 7 pieces when we were about to eat.I called the store and logged a complaint unfortunately they were closing already and Promised to get back to me following day..On the following day i waited for their call they didn't up until i called the shop using my own airtime for the mistake that was done by them...I had to wait plus minus 2 hours to receive the wing that was missing 🙄 in our order...Not happy at all because even the drumsticks we received were different in size and i never saw a...

The Service was not good at all,we waited over 1 hour for food and only when we asked what was the issue with our order then we were told that the system for orders was not working after an hour of waiting,this is not right and we feel cheated as we work and waiting so long for food on our lunch break that we even had to rush eating just to be able to get back to work....this is very sad that customers must be treated like this we could have chosen so many other places to eat but we chose you for us to be treated like this maybe our support is not...
