Their food is the best 👍👍👍from all the other branches however their customer care and lack of attention is the worst...they care clueless even on the phone in orders..can take anything from 1 hour to 1 hour and 50 min to get your order and when u call to ask u get no apology or answers .they have no idea that's what u get told and it's the same with inhouse orders...so if u have the patience to deal with their incompetence and dont care a damn attitude then u will get the best nandos ever..my suggestion is that the staff need proper training and a system that actually works to run a busy place like that.. they also need to be a bit more motivated to keep the customers happy as it's the key to success in the food and hospitality industry..this review comes from a few times of going through the same issues I feel the owners or exc.management need to get with it and either do more training or get the right staff that serve with a smile and keep your business running properly in these difficult times ...apart from that ,the quality and presentation of your food is amazing...love nandos and will definitely keep patronizing...

Nandos Rivonia service and standard of food has really dropped. I went in the evening, restaurant was quiet, so no excuse of it being busy. I ordered two quarter chicken meals for for sit in and made sure i emphasised that i want it to be well done with extra sauce. The food came, it was well done, but had no sauce at all, top of that the chicken and the chips was cold, chips tasted like it was fried much earlier that day. When i took the food back and told them the issue, the manager didnt even apologise or say why this happened, he had a very bad attitude. When he brought the food back to my table, i mentioned to him that i always come to this branch and usually never have such bad service, he then tells me that is the food not okay now with attitude.
