The guys on the call had good service but the delivery guy Omg !

I had a terrible delivery experience with this place. The driver forgot part of our order (a Coke) and had to go back to the store. When he came back, he forgot our apartment number and didn’t even bother to call us, just drove off! We had to drive to the store ourselves to pick up the Coke, only to find the store had already closed. To make matters worse, we were still charged for the item we never received. The level of disorganization and lack of communication is shocking. I hope they seriously improve their delivery process, as this was incredibly frustrating and a waste of time.

We decided to try them out despite some of the negative reviews and were pleasantly surprised. Purchased the "folded Tikka Chicken" which was amazing. The pizza base was crispy around the edges and soft in the center, and the filling was more than sufficient and very tasty. Will recommend this one as a delicious meal to share !

Notably, the service was friendly and welcoming and the guys made sure we didn't have to wait to long to get our meal.. well done, keep it up. Hopefully some of the teething issues of setting up the store have been resolved and I have now found a good Pizza Hut to revisit...looking forward to...

The manager is incompetent.

Placed an order for 27 Big Boss Deals, the initial person I spoke to got the order right. Then the manager decided that something must be wrong with the order, phoned me to clarify. I told her the same thing, that I wanted 27 Big Boss deals. Which she decided I meant I want 27 boxes in total, where each box contains of 1/3 of the full Big Boss deal. So instead of getting 27m of pizza when I arrived to collect, I got 9m. A full 18m short of what I had...
