Roman's Pizza Atlasville — Restaurant in Gauteng

SUCH BAD SERVICE! We have always loved Atlas branch, however on Friday night I ordered through Mr. D.

I not only had 1 item missing, but another item was packaged incorrectly, indicating to be one thing, but was something else.

When I phoned in and spome to Isaac, he tried to blame the poor Mr. D delivery guy by saying he might have opened my package and take. Out the missingm. Really? Is he going to have a bite while driving his bike?

The sad truth is, his team MESSED UP my order and he couldn't even say sorry and admit that my order was not complete and incorrect.

He then said it shows on the cameras that the order was complete, but when I asked for a copy he had other excuses.

He then said he would phone me back, he never did. I had to phone him, where he advised he would phone me bavk on Saturday as I need a refund for the missing item I did not receive. It is now SUNDAY and Isaac still hasn't given me a call or a refund.

On top of that some of the items were half burnt as well.

Really not happy with the so called supervisor or the team that prepared the order.

WHAT A WASTE...

When placing my order, I was told 15-20 minutes, I then arrived 20 minutes later. I walked in, and the lady behind the counter was chatting away to another lady, eventually she finished her conversation and looked up and me and said “Yes?”. I told her I’m collecting an order, then she just walked away. I had to wait for another lady to then pull my details on the system so that I could pay and wait another 15 minutes for my food.

I noticed that everyone was joking and chatting even the lady who I paid for my meal by was placing an order with some guy in the back for a cup of tea. While waiting and getting annoyed by their laughing and joking about everything, I noticed the lady who did the cutting and boxing of the pizzas so busy telling the jokes that pizzas were starting to stack up out of the oven. At 1 point there were 4 pizzas just standing there while everyone was waiting. The pizza also had minimal sauce and barely...

In the first place I am not a Romans Pizza fan, I prefer fresh quality traditional pizza. However the kids confidence us to order for them.

Place my order at 18:05 with Kate, due to system being offline she had to process the order in the office.

Okay easy paid now wait for order number 99. People whom.have been there before us received their order,then number 100 and 101....

Asked Kate what about 99?

She walked to the back and it took her another 5minutes to come back with manager Wellington only to inform us our order had never been places time now 18:48.

Wellington apologised and ensured that our order will be ready in 5min. He personally attended to it and handes it to us now 18:58.

Staff were extremely confused and no store manager on site!

Will most certainly never order again!
