Absolutely pathetic service. I have never till date experienced such bad customer service from ROMANS! Firstly they did not actually deliver to me after I had paid in full. I called them repeatedly and they promised to call back and they didn't. 2 hours later I had to collect the pizza myself. After coming back and seeing the original order delivered, they then had the audacity to request that I go there and deliver the old pizza while I am still at work and have been waiting for this pizza since lunch, the time is now 2:30. This is by far the worst experience I have had with Romans and will not be ordering anything in the future from them. Would definitely...

Dear Romans. Please send your kitchen staff to kinder garden to learn about shapes and equal sizes because they clearly can't cut a pizza. How hard can it be? Cut in half, cut those halves in half and wola!!! One piece that was cut was nearly a quarter of the pizza and not even properly cut through, only cheese and toppings are cut, not the base. If you can't manage this then rather not cut people's pizza at all. This is not rocket science, it's common sense... being busy is not an excuse! And only thin bases available, what's the point of going to romans then. If I want a thin base I'll go...

Had to wait an hour for 2 ice cold pizzas to arrive... One of these pizzas was not what I ordered. The drink wasn't what I ordered. I called the shop and was met with nothing but arguments saying that I was in the wrong for "ordering the wrong pizza" while they ignored the other problems I had with the order, not to mention the management herself hung up on me. It's too bad because my experience with this Romans pizza usually isn't this bad, but I won't be ordering from here again, better to used another pizza place...
