The staff don't bother to pay attention or listen to what you are saying, and the supervisor Simmy has absolutely no clue how to operate the point of sale system, so I have no idea how someone this incompetent is able to become a supervisor. There is a lady that often works at the store, but she wasn't there today and it was a complete shambles because she is the only person who actually has a clue. She is the one who should be the supervisor/manager because she is always helping the other clueless staff when they have no idea what is going on. I have always been able to redeem my eBucks voucher and pay in the difference, then suddenly today its a huge issue, and nobody knows how to do anything, and can't do basic mathematics. It is R58 for a venti coffee frappuccino, and R37 for a tall cappuccino. Even an 8 year old knows that 58-37=21, but yet Simmy comes up with R22.50 somehow. How this guy become a supervisor and can't even do basic mathematics is beyond me. He needs to be demoted and replaced with someone who actually has a clue, like the lady who was not there today...

If you are looking for good coffee, best avoid this 'Starbucks'. Baristas are not real baristas. Just kids trying to look cool and give their friends freebies.
Totally useless at steaming the milk. Totally useless at pouring milk over the espresso shot. They just dump a lot of foam and a little milk over the shot calling it a cappuccino. No idea of ideal milk temperature. The cherry on top: totally useless and incapable to pour or create any form of latte art.
There are 3 other coffee shops in the mall where your money can be well spent if you like...

I say that I only take honey and he says well we don't have any and laughs about it. I tell him if they did boy have they could have said so and I would not have ordered the latte and he then proceeds to confront me about why I am being rude about them not having honey.
