Steers — Restaurant in Gauteng

So... 2 months ago, I had a terrible experience with my delivery from Steers Grayston. Yesterday, I had another - but not a delivery, it was an order to pick up. I ordered a Wacky Wednesday and a cheesy chips. They told me this would be ready within 15 minutes - I arrived 40 minutes later and my order was still not ready. The lady at the till blatantly ignored me until she was done with whatever she was busy with and only then greeted. Then she proceeded to 'find' the items I ordered and pack them. In that, packed my Cheesy chips Upside down - which you can imagine is horrible. Then she attempted to pack another box of chips and did it terribly. THREE lines of Cheese sauce on a regular box of chips that costs R39.99????? When I told her I'm not happy, she just proceeded to pack other orders and COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. Is that the level of customer service you guys train your staff to display??????????? I ENDED UP LEAVING MY ENTIRE ORDER BEHIND YOUR COUNTER AND LEAVING THE SHOP. I then opted to buy NANDO's. I phoned to place an order in advance because you’ll sit there for years waiting for your food. The guy on the phone then tells me that I can’t place an order because they’re closing. I phoned 45 minutes before they closed. He then tells me that i must place an order online because he cannot take my order. Make it make sense?! By the time i got off the phone, we were already at the steers, walked inside and all the employees looked SO irritated to have customers. I understand that by this time it was about 35 minutes before closing but where’s your customer service? This has to be the worst steers in South Africa. Another complaint is that when you order the chicken wacky Wednesday, they cut the chicken fillet in half so majority of your burger is lettuce and sauce. This can’t be real. It’s almost like this steers & their employees are doing everything in their power to close...

The large chips wasn't even half full, and so was the medium chips. On the small chips was filled properly. And a large chips is not cheap - what a rip off. This is the second time they've done this. Last time I thought it was an honest mistake, but twice in a row is a pattern. Also, when we asked if the ice cream machine was working (it was broken last week) the lady just looked irritated that I asked and said she didn't know. Eventually she said she would go check. Turns out it's still broken. How can it still be broken a week later, and how can the staff not know that it's broken. It was night time when we asked.
