Flo & Co. Knysna — Restaurant in George

I had a very bad experience with this restaurant. We went there on a rainy day and ordered 4 pots of tea, but was told we would be given 3 pots first due to the lack of teapots. We saw that some of the glasses and cups were dirty. We finished 3 pots of tea, so they could gave the 4th pot. There was a fly inside the cup. The waiter apologized but that was it. We still gave a fair tip to the waiter regardless how we felt about it. When we left the restaurant, it was raining badly. They closed the small gate so we weren’t able to get out. The waitress was just standing there and looking at us in a funny way and offered no help. Finally, we managed to get out ourselves. Poor and healthy and safety concern. We ordered takeaways and were concerned to see the hamburger which was raw inside and the cooldrink ordered was missing despite being paid for. After complaining we were told the manager would revert the following day with a refund or similar. Did not hear from them and then visited Flo & Co. to be told the issue would be resolved that day.

After not hearing for two days. Called the manager again and was told the owners of Flo & Co. were abroad and he could do nothing without their authorisation.
