Certainly! Here’s a brief review of Tapas & Oysters, a delightful restaurant with a picturesque location:
Tapas & Oysters: A Culinary Gem
Nestled on the water’s edge, Tapas & Oysters offers a delightful dining experience that combines Mediterranean flavors with fresh seafood. Here’s what stood out during our visit:
Paella: The paella was a vibrant symphony of Spanish rice, succulent seafood, and aromatic spices. Each spoonful transported us to the sun-kissed shores of Spain.
Baked Sardines: The sardines, baked to perfection, were a revelation. Their tender flesh melted in our mouths, leaving behind a delicate brininess that paired beautifully with a crisp white wine.
Hake: The hake, flaky and moist, arrived adorned with a zesty lemon butter sauce. It was simplicity elevated—a testament to the chef’s skill.
Atmosphere: The restaurant’s ambiance was enchanting. Imagine dining under a canopy of stars, the gentle lapping of waves as your soundtrack. Soft lighting and rustic wooden tables added to the charm.
Service: The staff at Tapas & Oysters were attentive and friendly. They guided us through the menu, ensuring our glasses were never empty. Their warmth made the evening even more memorable.
In summary, Tapas & Oysters is a hidden gem where culinary artistry meets natural beauty. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply savoring life’s pleasures, this restaurant promises an unforgettable experience.

Read moreWow, what a mad house. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tapas and Oysters, where the priorities are crystal clear: booze over food, chaos over customer service, and blame-shifting over basic decency.
I ordered fish and chips, not difficult and guess what? The fish arrived. Chips? Maybe later. Like, much later. As in, "we forgot" later. When I mentioned the missing chips to Michael, the manager (I think that's his name?), he shrugged and said, "Hey, we're a tapas bar, booze is our thing. Food's just a bonus... When it comes out of the kitchen the waitress must bring it to you." Classy.
The waitress seemed nice, but apparently, she's not paid to communicate with customers about things like "when your food might arrive." It's a madhouse, and you have to pay for it.
If you enjoy paying premium prices for mediocre food that arrives in random order, and prioritizing the bar's alcohol sales over your dining experience, then Tapas and Oysters is your spot! But if you're looking for a place that actually cares about serving food in a somewhat timely manner, keep looking.

Read moreAgainst advice we went to Tapas for a meal. The waiter was friendly and tried very hard to please....but this restaurant fails at management level.
We were seated inside and cigarette smoke was worrying us..totally unacceptable and when I complained I was laughed at by the manager.
Then..... the music was loud but for a lively experience at this restaurant you need live jazz played at full volume so that you can't hear your partner speak to you at all...and you have to shout if you want to be heard by the waiter...we asked for the volume to be turned down...but laughter was the flavour of the day...
So we paid our drinks bill....and left...we were a party of 8....and went to a wonderful Greek restaurant just within walking distance, which served us a fantastic meal!
If you like screaming at the waiter, shouting at your partner...or maybe scrolling through your phone because you simply can't talk to anyone because of the 'lively' atmosphere..and inhaling second hand smoke...then this is the restaurant for you!
Can't comment on the food...the waiter couldn't...
