Nando's Berea — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Ate at Nandos Berea Centre after several years...we ordered 2 full chickens...there was a hair on one piece...we didn't want a big deal but removed it to the side of the plate and only called a staff member when we were done eating. We just wanted to create awareness and pointed it out to her...she took it the manager and came back with a story that they wear hair nets so it's not theirs...however we can decide if we want something like a free meal...most insulting...no apology whatsoever...made us feel as if we were crooks looking for a freebie...we just reiterated that we didn't want anything but just wanted them to be aware going forward...will not be...

I was on a mini-break with my family and Nandos is always my go to place for home-like food.

Nandos Berea did not disappoint. The food quality was similar to other Nandos stores which I frequent- being Cape Town based.

Next time when you're in the area be sure to make a turn by them.
