Nando's Crescent — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Placed an order last night and it didn't quite go as well as we had expected. The chicken and the rice were not done to the Nandos standard. If a person would become what they eat, I would be a Nandos chicken because of how much I eat Nandos. I was so disappointed. I called them and told them that I was not happy. I spoke to Ntombi who handled it very well and in that moment I was expecting to fight but she handled me so well and apologized and asked me to come in and see Nomvula who will be shift manager this morning.

When I went to see Nomvula I was already pacified by Ntombi so that went just as well and she too handled me like a pro.

My disappointment was relinquished by the professionalism by these 2 ladies. Thanks for this.

Terrible Service ,unfriendly front host,had the worst experience with Nando's today they gave me stale rice and a spoon of chutney with a quarter piece of chicken when I asked about it and tried to get it changed I was spoken to in Zulu asking me what I want with lots of attitude and not even a smile ,I hope to God that the manager of the store looks into the staff that he/she hires to man the front desk ,I think that it's really important to provide the best customer service to your customers especially in the food industry so that people keep coming back ,unfortunately the way in which my situation was handled I wont ever be going back to Nando's at the crescent and I will definitely tell all my friends and family about my...

This is clearly a poorly run Nandos. At 7:30pm, the store is not clean, floors dirty, bins over flowing, kitchen doesn’t even look hygienic enough, with chips on the greasy looking floor even. It’s a pity as Nandos is definitely my go too place for spicy chicken and I will definitely be giving this store a miss in future. Service too was disinterested, I called my order through and while it was ready, no one was interested in packing it. I had to point it out and ask someone to pack. Nevertheless, the food ordered was good, could definitely have been better, as I have had better in many other stores.

Nandos, at your higher than average prices, you really need to get your act together. Maybe better staff training and motivation...
