Steers Drive Thru Lagoon Drive — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

To be honest I would give this steers 0 stars. The staff are lively and friendly however the manager just ruined my family and I's day.

So we ordered wacky Wednesday from Steers today and we found this horrendous looking bug in my burger. It was long and really scary.

So we immediately closed it and left it to be taken to Steers...we then took the burger back like 3 hours later cause that time our workers were done and we were heading to the gym

We made our way to Steers, in hope of just a simple apology. We just wanted to make sure they would correct themselves but our hopes were definitely squashed. Not only was the manager very rude towards us... she further went on to accuse us of putting the bug in our food. Like where on earth are we going to find the time to not only search and catch a bug but to place it in our food?

Overall don't come to this Steers if you want bugs in your...

What a pleasant surprise - bright & clean space with great service & the perfect example of Steers food done really well. If McDonald’s / Burger King bothered to evaluate their South African competitor they should be both nervous & embarrassed. I parked in the parking lot and the manager proceeded to shout out the window about me parking in the parking lot and screamed “move your car”. He could have politely approached us about moving our car but instead chose to be rude and lazy about it. We had plans to go down to the beach and come to steers for an ice cream at seers. And to add the parking lot was all empty. This steers has definitely lost a customer. I will not go back because of that manager....
