Hungry Lion Somerset Mall — Restaurant in Somerset West

I’m extremely disappointed with this Hungry Lion. They advertise meals with thighs, yet when I asked for one, the cashier refused and said, “we only give this meal with drumsticks.” That makes no sense. I pay for my food, so I should be able to choose which piece of chicken I want, especially since other branches (like Hungry Lion in Somerset West) allow customers to choose pieces, including thighs, with meals like the Hungry Lion Mix for example. To make matters worse, the cashier had a terrible attitude about it. It’s frustrating to be told what I can or can’t have when I know other branches accommodate their customers. I left feeling upset and undervalued. If this is how the Somerset Mall branch operates, I’ll never set foot there again. Hungry Lion seriously needs to work on consistency across branches and train their staff to treat customers...

Bought x2 Double Big Boss burger meals , x2 Dixie burgers , Pops aswell. My entire order was COLD upon recieving my food. The staff & Manager lies about telling me there is NO SPICEY FILLETS around closing time , however i ordered 25 Minutes BEFORE CLOSING TIME. This is the 3rd time this happens im disappointed with SOMERSET MALL HUNGRY LION'S Service and the fact that you gave me COLD FOOD , when confronting them about it asking why they lied about not having spicey fillets , the manager then said yes but there pots etc are off and thats why they lied. I'm writing this in regards to the service of Hungry lion Somerset mall. I've ordered two triple big boss burger meal at the store and normally exchange the 2 small cooldrinks for 2 small cappy juices but the cashier in front refused to give me the cappy juices as "it has been already been counted".
