So my partner and myself went to go and have some breakfast like usual Sunday just after 7hoo the lady that helped us NAME is NEZISWA so we've orderd an South African breakfast and a double Chilli cheese burger and large Chilli cheese fries so here's what happened, firstly the burger size bun was like a nazo meals bun it used to come in a box which is now wrap in a peace of paper ( no one inform me as a paying client this is it) secondly the large fries was a lot and the person how made our order just decided to place so source in the middle and left the rest dry, I also do know that we pay extra if we ask fo more sauce but I mean our sauce was not even spread evenly. So I went to the counter politely and explained the lady behind the counter her name Is BUSISWA my situation and se took my fries and add sauce, what made me unhappy was that the lady that took my order was NEZISWA came out of no where and just start screaming with an attitude say this is not our place we just work here and she just went on and on BUSISWA ask her to keep quiet and she just went ons say no I would not keep quiet this is rubbish, my partner was there as a witness And he is also a manegar of an Restaurant, so he got up as for the manegar mean while the maneger just came past as out of the loo just looking how his cashier screams at me and did absolutely nothing!!!!! I ask the lady that was screaming at me I want you number written on a piece of paper she refuses and said NO! I will not write it on a piece of paper the Manger took a dirty piece of paper out of his pocket and written the lady's names and his name FREEDOM.

I had up to 8000 points on my mcdonalds app - I redeemed 4000 points for a kiddies happy meal while placing the order the system of the self service kiosk rebooted and I was left with no kiddies meal from my points and I was told that my point will not be given back and my free meal can not be given to me! This is ridiculous service! I asked the first waitress what can be done about this and she said nothing can be done - I asked for a manager and the manager answered with so much attitude and blatantly said we don't get training for our koisk systems and there is nothing that can be done - I am good customer of McDonald's and this is the service I get! A bunch of attitude - no training in CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE SYSTEMS YOU IMPLEMENT! I WANT FEEDBACK ASAP!

Read moreI placed an order online, and it took over 35 minutes to receive it. When I asked about the delay, I was told they had been looking for me—an outright lie, as I had been standing at the counter the entire time.
When I finally got my meal, it was missing ketchup. I went back to request some, only to be told they had none. Then, upon opening my meal, I found that it was completely wrong—no lettuce, no onions, no sauce, no gherkins—just a patty and cheese.
I returned to get it fixed and express my frustration, but for 15 minutes, no one even attempted to assist me. When someone finally did, they simply laughed and typed on a computer without taking any action.
