McDonald's South Beach — Restaurant in South Beach

They are very fast, but I want to suggest to people who are going in a group of more than 50, that don't order many things at the same time because they have minimal staff they won't cater for your satisfactory. Friday 30-08-2024 at around 10H00 AM I was not happy when they delivered spoiled lettuce to 35 learners of Lukunde Primary School who visited Durban South Beach for the first time. I was with the kids and I noticed that and decided to tell one of the sales representatives and they only replaced two burgers out of 35 learners. Unfortunately, we were behind the time so we did not sort out things in an amicable way. But I was not happy with their behaviour because before they can serve their food to people, they must make sure that they serve with love, dedication and not only in the love money. We are not here to teach them how they can serve us and we must not complain about their food condition. Customers be careful about what you have ordered mostly if you are ordering takeaway, plz...

I was @ vacay in durban South Beach for 3 days. Day 1 of my arrival with family we went 2 McDonald's 2 buy happy meal 4 kids as me and my husband don't eat. The place was dirty but it didn't matter I assumed is still in morning the are going to clean but it was disturbing with Covid. Anyways I went on the 3rd day my son his 12yrs wanted to use toilet quickly the guy by the name of Sbani Bhengu refused my son to use toilet said the rule here is buy something first I told them I will buy them afterwards but he was rude in front of my kids and refused them toilet even my son almost peed on himself. I even told their manager who was on the floor his name is Simon he refused didn't even had a remorse he said it was a rule that a person buys 1st.I even showed him slips of previous transactions he cared not. Very Disappointed- not just once but 3 times in 4 days (we are on holiday - and McDonalds is my favorite take out meal) 1st time got my order all wrong, second time I order online hoping things would run smoother only to come to the restaurant and find out that the shop is closed due to striking and the third time it was small but asked for no pickles or lettuce and add sauce and onion - they removed my onions and sauce and added extra pickle and lettuce also ordered a large meal only to see my fries only half way filled. To add to the disappointment I went to fetch my order (it was ready to collect according to the screen) I saw my McFlurries and soda - just to be told the order is not ready.
