I am not a fan of Korean soup. But this is an exception. Came here with a friend who MUST eat the Busan soup and to my surprise, it is delicious.
Korea soup usually taste bland. My first sip was as such. But it all changed when I tried the meat. Tender n flavourful n the next sip of the soup, the aftertaste of the meat blended in the soup and wow. It all make sense now why there are queue for Korean soups.
I most hated sundae (Korean blood sausage), the no 1 list of food that I avoid (and after is soup) in Korea, as my first two tries were bad experiences. There are 3 small pieces of sundae in my food. And again wow! It's delicious!!! How did they do that?? The sundae was wrapped tight in the casing n it is actually juicy in a way.
I would recommend this as a must try.... Fortunately I abided by my friend's recommendation (I actually asked him to text his friend again just before eating, to ask if it is a must eat, before reluctantly agreed to the meal)
