I visited the restaurant for lunch in hopes of trying the raw horse meat sushi but unfortunately it was sold out, so I went for the grilled horse meat sushi and the sausages and I have to say I definitely wasn’t disappointed. The flavours and textures of both were incredible can’t recommend them enough, I knew from then that I had to go back for dinner to try more and I am glad I did. We ordered shabu-shabu, horse belly, and horse brisket. It's rare , and we didn't expect this fine quality at this price, but both the friendly explanation and the fresh ingredients were very good experiences.

We were happy to experience a dish made by a chef with a passion for horse cuisine. He even let us try a new menu that seems to be in development. We both had not tried horse before but we're wanting to experience the local Jeju cuisine. We ordered the hotpot version with lean meat and the grill with fatty ribeye. Both were delicious. We got 70 grams of each kind and that was enough for one person to be very full. The service was warm and helpful. And we appreciated the demonstration on how to prepare it.
