Lazy Pump — Restaurant in Jeju

Our group consisted of nine people. While the bread was not bad, the drinks were mediocre. Unfortunately, the staff at the counter, who had a tattoo on his hand, was rude and provided poor customer service. Despite being paying customers, we felt we had to endure his attitude problem.

We were seated in the next single-storey building. After finishing our drinks, we wanted to take some photos, so we went upstairs in the main building. However, another staff gave us a fierce look, as if we were doing something wrong, and spoke some Korean, which we inferred meant that we needed to order drinks to go upstairs. It was only after the tattooed staff noticed us that we were finally allowed to proceed.

While we understand the need for a policy requiring customers to order drinks in order to take photos, but please have some customer service to your paying customers. If you want to take photos, you may choose to visit, but if you're in search of quality drinks, we recommend looking elsewhere. I will certainly not...

Time for the caffeine fix of the day. After the lunch at Unidam, LazyPump was just a short drive away. This is a cafe with a panoramic sea view that was built in a renovated old pumping station with a spacious parking.

There are many nooks and corners to sit down to enjoy for an hour or two. The weather wasn't good to us that day - strong & cold winds - so we didn't sit outside but instead seated on the first floor where there was a window overlooking the sea made popular by influencers.

We had a slice of cake, a cup of coffee and a glass of apple juice and relaxed while taking our fair share of pictures for memory.

My parents ordered some stuff and went up to take a seat, i wanted to find them upstairs but the korean owner or whomever asked me very rudely, “did you order any food? your parents did but you didn’t” and refused for me to follow them tf💀😭 if she said it nicely i would have gotten something no problem but she was SO RUDE. read from other reviews about how rude the people are here, 100% agreed.
