This restaurant appears to have several locations and I went to the one at SFC. The staff here are very courteous which made my experience here quite positive.
I ordered Ricotta Frutta Salad, Cacio e Pepe Gnocchi and Carbonara pasta which came out to a total of 63,000 won. The gnocchi was 26,000 so that might have played a part in the high cost. The overall cost came out a bit high but I also do think that the rent here is going to be pretty high as well. The fruit salad was 16,000 and Carbonara 21,000.
The fruit in the Ricotta Frutta Salad appears to change based on the season and we were given grapes and oranges. The fruit in the salad already made this dish refreshing but I also was surprised with the ricotta cheese. The menu says they make the ricotta cheese in-house and I found that its taste is at a whole deeper level than the ordinary store bought ones.
I also enjoyed the gnocchi. I haven't tried gnocchi that much in the past so I wouldn't know for sure but the taste still seemed quite good and original.
As for the Carbonara, we made an adjustment to it due to a dietary restriction so I don't think I would be able to make a fair assessment.
Another part that I really appreciated about this restaurant is that their dishes come with serving utensils so that it is hygienic when sharing...
Read more5/5 restaurant, simple as that! Service starts with reservation from a tablet and then you get the food quickly. And the food is so high quality. The pasta, the meat, and the pizza my friends and I ordered were fantastic, the crew knows what they're doing. Thank you very much for this...
Read moreExcellent Italian food. As a foreigner, pasta and pizza in South Korea has blown me away. The quality is right up there with Japanese pasta. Love the Korean twist to some of the dishes.
The mushroom truffle pizza was amazing and their pasta was very good!
