UH Suite Central Seoul — Hotel in Seoul

The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff at the front desk were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service and the complimentary bottled water and toiletries provided.The location was convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, which made it easy to get around the city. The free Wi-Fi worked well, and the hotel also had a small fitness center and a nice rooftop lounge area with a great view.The only downside was the breakfast, which had limited options and could be improved in terms of variety and taste. Despite making this booking months before our trip, the hotel screwed it up and we did not manage to even check in to stay. Arrived at around 2pm after our red-eye flight, we were told that our room was still cleaning and it will be ready at 3pm which is their check in timing. We left our luggages at the lobby and went out to have our lunch. Was back at the hotel around 5pm, they took a long time to pretend to do our check in and afterwhich brought us up to a room that was not what we had booked for. Confronted the staffs and they apologised saying that their system had error and do not have the Family Wood Suite which we had booked for available for us. The hoo-ha drama with the staffs went on for the next 2 hours. It was really disappointing and frustrating. I would never recommend this hotel. Entrance door to the hotel was hardly visible, 1 small lift only, lobby walkway was narrow and squeezy, staffs...

We stayed at UH Suite Central in the Family Wood Room with a group of 7 adults and 2 kids, along with 9 large suitcases.

Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with fluent English communication. They assisted us with most of our needs throughout the stay.

The room was clean and well-maintained.

Great location — about a 15-minute walk to Myeongdong shopping street.

Plenty of local restaurants nearby, offering a variety of food options (though prices are a bit on the higher side).

Cons:

The room felt too small for our large group and all the luggage. It’s not ideal for big families or groups with a lot of belongings.
