Me and my friend accidentally came upon this cafe while we were walking around Insadong. We specifically like cozy cafes with adequate table height so we can work on some artwork while also enjoying the coffee.
The house blend (Leah blend) is just right with medium strength. It is a well balanced cup with not too many acidic notes while also not being too heavy on the lower bitter flavors. We also tried the matcha cheesecake- it is a basque cheesecake that isn't too heavy on sugar. It's very tasty with the green tea flavour! The coffee itself was just lovely with the house-blend Leah being so unique and almost herbal. Along with this, the matcha cheesecake was delicious with a noticeable matcha flavor which I enjoyed as many matcha desserts these days don’t seem to have much matcha flavor 🙏 The carrot cake was earthy and was a light treat!! Read moreI found this cafe by chance together with a friend while we were taking a stroll around Insa-dong. I like the atmosphere of this cafe- it’s relaxing and peaceful. The music being played in the cafe is pleasant and easy on the ears. The interior is lovely and quaint with hardwood tables and chairs.
It’s comfortable and easy to work or socialize in. And, the enormous windows around the cafe lets you look down at the world below with ease.
