Bibimbap. I was looking for this king of Korean dishes. This one was the best. You point to the picture and you get the soybean soup and the kimchi and a pork belly with this. I got there when it open because I knew it had a line. From yesterday. 13000 won was the meal price. Service was fast. The soup comes out boiling filled with pork, belly, tofu and soybeans. It is excellent. The main dish has the classic red sauce instead of an egg. The rice was fresh and nutty. Their vegetables are on the red sauce were excellent. The kimchi was a medium heat. With the cabbage and radish both. It is fire red and does not impart the ultra hots that can be in some Korean foods. It is very tasty and I liked it. The braised pork bellies are the perfect meat for the dish. People wait in line because it's a good deal and the food is great. Get there early.
