현지스러움을 가득 담은 곳. 쌀국수 면은 fresh noodle 이어서 매우 부드러움... 국수의 양은 적당하다고 느껴짐. 부족하면 추가하면됨... 추가요금은 있으나 납득할만한 수준... 국수에서 약간 아쉬웠던 점은... 차돌쌀국수를 주문했는데 정작 그 안에 들어가 있는 고기는 차돌이 아니었다는 것... 하지만 그래도 맛은 좋았음... 베트남 후레쉬롤 그리고 스프링롤을 먹었는데 이 또한 한국 쌀국수 프렌차이즈에서 맛보던 것과는 차원이 다름. 어찌보면 굉장히 단순한 것인데 원래 후레쉬롤에 들어가야할 재료가 한국식에서는 공간을 채우기 위해 단무지와 맛살로 대체되어있는 것일 뿐... 항상 그것을 보면서 김밤과 다를게 무엇인가 라는 생각이었는데... 본연의 재료로 맛을낸 음식을 먹으니 반가웠음. 가게 내부는 좀 넓은편이고 베트남 현지인들이 운영하시는 듯. 가게 명함에 대표이사는 한국분 성함인데 실제 주인이 그런지는 잘 모르겠음. 어쨌든 쌀국수 및 기타 다른 메뉴들도 매우 훌륭함. 볶음면 및 볶음밥류도 있는데 다음에 시도해봐야할 듯.

Pretty shitty service. Spring rolls are burnt & out of shape!! I do a way better job rolling them at home than them!!! . No one greeted when we walked in or when we left. The cook was chewing on some food while cooking for us. Asked for washroom, told us where it is but didn't give the passcode to open the...
