청진동해장국 신촌점 — Restaurant in Seoul

有一位說中文的阿姨，提議我們一行五人叫兩個鍋（一個中鍋，一個小鍋)，卻不提醒我們可以直接叫一個大鍋(中鍋加小鍋的價格比直接叫大鍋貴)，但沒關係也理解商家也需要賺錢。

但中文阿姨後來問我們「要不要喝的，是免費的。」　我們問旁邊客人桌上的飲品是甚麼，她隨即拿出五袋飲品，我們詢問「是否免費」，她才說「只有可樂是免費的。」於是我們要了五罐可樂。

結帳的時候，發現帳單有三罐可樂，盛惠6000won，我們詢問阿姨「不是說免費的嗎？」 阿姨說「飲品只有兩罐是免費的，抱歉忘記和你們講了。」 最後我們也支付了費用。

以上為我們的經歷。 首先，中文阿姨的點餐提議讓我們感覺是刻意讓我們點貴的。

其次，可樂是阿姨詢問我們 「要不要喝的，是免費的」，後期買單，她才表明只有兩罐免費，其他需付費，如果是這樣為何一開始沒有說明。有誤導消費者之嫌，予我們感覺做生意不老實，劏消費者。

最後，結合店內食品質素，正常水平，附近亦有很多選擇，店家有太多隱藏式消費陷阱，不推介。

There was a Chinese-speaking aunt who suggested that our group of five order two pots (one medium pot and one small pot), but she didn’t remind us that we could simply order one large pot (the price of the medium and small pots is more expensive than ordering a large pot directly).

The aunt asked us, “Do you want drinks? They’re free.” When we asked about the drinks on the table of the customers next to us, she immediately took out five pack drinks. When we inquired if they were free, she then said, “Only the cola is free.” So we ordered five cans of cola.

When it came time to settle the bill, we found that the invoice listed three cans of cola, totaling 6,000 won. We asked the aunt, “Didn’t you say they were free?” She replied, “Only two cans of drinks are free, sorry I forgot to mention that.” In the end, we paid the cost.

From this experience, we felt that the aunt's suggestion for ordering was deliberately aimed at getting us to spend more.

Additionally, when the aunt asked us if we wanted drinks and stated they were free, it was only later when we were paying the bill that she clarified that only two cans were free and the rest were chargeable. If that was the case, why wasn’t it explained at the beginning? This gives the impression of misleading consumers, making us feel that the business practices are not honest.

Finally, considering the quality of the food in the restaurant, which is average, and there are many other options nearby, the restaurant has too many hidden consumption traps. We do not...
