Located in the basement of the Hyundai department store, the atmosphere is definitely less nice than at their other locations (however not bad at all). As this was one of the first cafés I went to in Seoul, I was a bit confused about how to order at first. You basically go get a tray (and put a sheet of the paper provided for you on there) and tongs, then select what you want to eat and place it on the tray. You finish by going to the counter with your tray, you pay there and order any drinks you like and if you want to eat it there they will put your things on a plate. I really recommend getting the red velvet cake - it was delicious! While it looks like a rather small portion for the price, it is extremely filling and definitely enough.
