시청에서 뷰가 유명한 커피앤시가렛이 서울역에도 생겼네요 특유의 분위기가 있네요. 음악 소리가 큰 편이지만 대화하기 불편한 정도는 아니었어요 저도 목소리가 같이 커지긴 해서 혼자 작업하러 오시는 분에게도 좋은 카페인지는 모르겠네요. 핸드드립은 케냐(7,000원) 한 종류였고 티라미슈도 맛있었어요. 점심에는 테이크아웃 할인이 되는 거 같았고. 주변에 회사가 많아서 그런지 사원증 지참 시 아메리카노와 솔티크림라떼(7,000원)이 10%정도 할인된다고 적혀있었어요.

장소는 분위기 좋지만 일하는 직원에 따라 커피맛이 너무 다릅니다. 주인분?께서 내릴때는 맛 밸런스가 좋은데 (아메리카노기준) 다른분이내릴때는 탄맛,떫은 쓴맛날때가 많음 머신 세팅값 메뉴얼을 보다 더 신경쓰라고 말씀드리고 재교육 해야될듯 합니다.. 회전율이 빠른 저가커피숍이면 그라인더 온도가 쉽게 올라가고 머신온도가 쉽게 내려가 금방 세팅이 틀어질수 있으나 회전율이 적고 단가율 높은 커피숍에서는 세팅을 한번만 잘잡아 놓으면 틀어질일이 잘없는데 아이러니 하네요😕 균일한 맛 내는게 최우선이라고 갠적으로 생각합니다.. 적당한 편차면 모르겠는데...
