One of those 24-hour kebab restaurants near Itaewon Station.
Firstly, I find the orders coming a bit slow in the morning, I'm not sure if they're tendering to online orders or others but there are 2 of us inside the restaurant only.
For the food, their kebab serving of meat is proportional to the rice which I find good. You can taste the smokiness of the meat and not so dry. The sauces don't stand out so much as their other competitors so that's a meh for me. You can see the sides are 4pcs fries and a few shreds of salad with one tomato, don't count the mozzarella stick as a different add-on to the meal, which tastes like a standard frozen mozzarella stick you can find in a grocery store so nothing special about it.
The place is cramped inside but still manageable as there are not many people during that time. But I like that their rubbish bin is segregated specifically, quite sustainable.
Overall for me the food doesn't taste so special for me to keep coming back every day unless on a late night or early morning and you want to eat halal kebab nearby Itaewon mrt then here is the...
Read moreNow this is what I call your basic hangover haunt after a night of barhopping in Itaewon. It’s right in front of the metro entrance, so staggering can be kept at a minimum if that’s your concern. My husband and I patronized a couple of bars on Homo Hill and recognized we needed to eat something filling to absorb the liquor we imbibed. We came here and decided the wrap kebabs would suit us fine. My husband went for their best seller, the KRW 8,900 Mix Kebab which combined shards of lamb and chicken with lettuce, tomato, onion, tzatziki, and hot sauce into a giant rolled tortilla. I had the nearly identical KRW 7,900 Lamb Kebab which merely left out the chicken. They should’ve been filling enough, but we paid an additional KRW 4,500 each for a side of rather greasy fries and a large Diet Pepsi. The wraps were assembled rather haphazardly, but it didn’t matter much in our state. It was digestible enough even if there was nothing standout about the execution much less the...
Read moreOne of the most off putting restaurants in Seoul. The worker was unpleasant and abrasive and didn't even start my order or the customer before me (who knows how long he was waiting before I got there). He just continued prepping some other food like he didn't even have customers. There were also a shawarma of flies attacking me. It's very suspect when a place has so many 5 star and bad reviews and nothing in between. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I went across the street, and that kebab place was the complete opposite, friendly staff, clean, no flies. Probably bc this place serves drunks at the end of the night it gets positive reviews from people who can't see or...
