123LOUNGE — Restaurant in Seoul

Just happened to see this place while going up to Seoul Sky Tower and we decided to drop by for a high tea. We managed to get the window seating but it was at the corner. Since our order hasn't arrived yet, one central table with a good vantage view has opened up hence we politely requested from the staff if we can move there.

The staff was so kinda distant and lacks customer service attitude and just said "No!" Definitely not the answer I was expecting. I asked why and she just said it was reserved. Anyway, we continued chilling there for about 45mins yet still the table we wanted has not been occupied. Sigh*

Poor service and not likeable attitude of the staff. Since they advertised it as a premium lounge, Management can hopefully look into it to improve and train the staff better.

2024-03-30: Revisited again, and very satisfied this time. Had fried chicken and fries. Perfect comfort food.

2023-03: The 123 Lounge is located at topmost floor at 123 floor. It has a great view. The food is international and light. No Korean food unhappily.

I ordered sausages and sauerkraut, a typically German dish. My wife went for the melon and ham.

The drinks was a bit limited, but straight. Again no Korean drinks.

You pay upfront so no possibilities for giving a tip.
