Very friendly and welcoming staff with fluent english. Great quaint atmosphere. As soon as you are seated by the staff, they bring a bottle of water with a wedge of lemon to infuse, to the table. Easy to order from the menu on the monitor at the table. Photos of food with prices as you browse the menu when ordering. The food is amazing. A good range of Eggs, Omelettes, Pancakes and French Toast options and choices for side dishes. I chose the French Toast with fruit and a sausage as a side dish. It came very well presented with attention to detail. It included whipped cream, jam and honey. I also had a Cafe Latte too, which was excellent for my Australian taste. We arrived and were seated at a table, we placed our order on the screen. The English function only worked partially which meant we needed to use the Papago translator on our phone. When you have chosen what you want you pay on the machine at the table. Our coffees arrived and were luke warm. My food came (picture attached) within good time however my families food took longer to appear and when it did they were disappointed, they ordered the eggs Benedict and the eggs were under cooked and filled with water which when cut open flooded the plate. The sausages were very nice, as was the bacon! French toast is the best menu item amongst the others! Pancake although soft and fluffy at times, QC not done well as some of em are either too wet or too dry. Staffs are well versed in English but forgetful at times which might be understandable due to the busy nature of table service. Restaurant is quite cramped and the turnover rate of customers isn’t the fastest. Sadly, they no longer serve homemade grapefruit ade and are using canned ones. They’ve also since revamped the reservation system so do yourself a favour and download the CatchTable Global app (for foreigners) so that you can reserve a spot in the virtual queue without needing to head down to physically scan the QR code and having to wait long down there before...
