Dot Blanket — Restaurant in Seoul

I was here to have brunch with my besties. I chose this place because when I searched online, the menu looks great, big size, and the price is very reasonable. This restaurant opens at 10 am and we arrived at 11 am, but there were already lots of ppl and we had to wait, we got number 4. Exactly for about 1 hour later, we can enter this place. This restaurant is quite small but they use their place very efficient. At first I just sat waiter for the staff to give me the menu but actually we must go to the cashier and order the food there. When the food is ready, we also have to bring the tray to our table by ourselves. They have few staffs maybe 4 in total but they were all so busy cooking and setting and doing something else in the kitchen. Well that is forgivable coz the taste of the food, the drink, did not disappoint me. In fact, we were very satisfied with the food and drink. Such a bad experience as a traveler, we came for brunch today at 2:20 pm on Sunday, the cashier was extremely rude and barely speaking English. I asked many times about food details and we asked to wait to eat inside, she took the order and said there is no space, and we need to leave outside to wait for the order. She screamed at us and kicked us out right after we paid for breakfast. I told her I do not feel well and i want to wait inside, she said no I we needed to leave. beautiful brunch in insadong. it’s pretty trendy, so you may wait awhile.

my brother & i got pretty lucky as we only waited like 30 minutes, as opposed to the usual 60 i’ve heard about. we were sat and i was amazed at how cute it is inside.

the menu itself isn’t too large, so you won’t get overwhelmed by the choices. i got the avocado pasta salad, so so so delicious. it really comes with a lot food and it’s all sauced up and seasoned marvelously. this was one of my favorite meals during my trip to seoul.
