AUFGLET — Restaurant in Seoul

If you find yourself in Hannam-dong on the weekend and you’re looking for a good cafe to try I would highly recommend coming here! It has an 80s feeling by this I mean that although there are no electric blues or neon pink colors there are other 80s components like the geometricism, finishes and surfaces. For one, the rectangle motif is seen through the store in the repeating square furniture. Also the metallic finishes and reflective walls ring a sense of 80s design. These components along with the black and white aesthetic give it a sense of refinement and contemporary feeling. Their classic food- the beroissant is a flaky, soft, and perfectly flavored mix of a croissant and bagel. The coffee is the only disappointing part. It could be much better by their own standard! Stylish café with interesting desserts. I ordered a coconut cream bagel croissant. I expected the cream to be coconut-flavored, but it turned out that one side was filled with coconut and the other with cream. It was a bit disappointing. If I had known, I would probably have chosen a truffle-flavored option or something else. The texture of the dough was not what I expected, but it was still very tasty. This is a super good cafe, with super good croissant. We had a Hawaiian crossant which has Hawaian pizza filling with the crispy croissant. The coconut croissant is super delicious also.

We went into the cafe as it was totally empty and we wanted to sit. But after ordering, we went to second level and it was full house!!! By the time we finished, the first floor also full house n queue...
