Don't go here unless you want to be depressed. The place is obviously understaffed. There was no staff watching people handle the animals, which lead to people picking up the animals while clearly instructed not to. A 5 story flat in the middle of Seoul is not suitable to run a "zoo" in. Most of the cats were clearly sick, pregnant or very thin. One of the female cats kept being bothered by one of the male cats, trying to breed, but there was no supervision. Reptiles are kept in way too small enclosures. Alpacas shouldn't be living inside in a 20 square metre room. Pigs were kept in an enclosure maybe three times the size of the pig. 2 porcupines kept in an enclosure where they could barely turn around, as soon as you approached them they started scratching at the door cause they desperately want to come out. 10+ guinea pigs were kept in a 2 square metre enclosure. Raccoons shouldn't be living in a basement of some flat. A parrot was kept in a carrier bag and taken out to pose with people. Staff was unfriendly and frankly seemed lazy.
We visited thinking we were going to get a typical cat cafe experience but we were appalled by the whole thing and left feeling sad and depressed. I can not understand any of the positive reviews left for this business at all. This cafe should be closed by animal welfare. If you care for animals at all, I repeat:...

I just left and went to the cat cafe and chilled with a ginger cat with my latte. I hope the ginger cat is okay because it looks a bit lethargic and was sitting in the same seat for probably at...
ย ย ย Read morethe animals looked either depressed or unwell. The enclosures were way too small, and some of the animals could barely turn around in them. I feel terrible for how little they are taken care of, and they have cats with painful deformities because it looks โcuteโ. This is bordering on animal abuse. Having main coons also means they had to pay a lot for them and it seems as though they only have these animals here for...
