Beware so you do not get scammed by this place! They do not inform you that the prices on the menu for the sets are per person.
My mother, who is fluent in Korean, specifically asked if the pricing was for all 4 of us, and they confirmed yes. However, it was actually per person. So instead of it being $75, they tried to charge us $300.
This blatant attempt to overcharge left us feeling cheated and taken advantage of. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to mislead customers in such a manner.
Luckily, we saw the receipt shortly after ordering and asked for a correction. However, not only did Korea House try to overcharge us, but their customer service was also appalling. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and rectifying it promptly, they initially insisted that we pay the inflated amount since they already made the food. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable in any establishment, let alone a restaurant.
Overall, I would caution anyone considering dining at Korea House to be vigilant about pricing and be prepared for potential confrontations with staff if discrepancies arise. There are surely better options available in the area that prioritize honesty and customer satisfaction over deceptive practices and...
Read moreTried the Barley-aged Dried Yellow Corvina (Bori-Gulbi) and Grilled Short Rib Patties (Tteok-galbi) at House of Korea—and overall, it was a great experience.
I found this spot thanks to its excellent hygiene rating from Korea’s national food safety agency, and it didn’t disappoint.
The traditional table setting was neat and elegant, and the Bori-Gulbi was truly the highlight—deeply flavorful and perfectly prepared. One of my companions, who had never tried this fish before, absolutely loved it and said it was a new favorite.
The Tteok-galbi, on the other hand, was just okay—tender, but a bit underwhelming in flavor compared to the fish.
Still, it was a satisfying meal overall, and the value was great at about $25 per person. We’ll definitely be back—especially for...

Kept telling me to put my card there when they never even process the POS to scan. When I put my phone there and nothing happened, then the cashier realised she haven’t pressed any button then she pressed the button.
Kept telling me to leave my phone there but I need to scan my face or passcode before the transaction can be approved. Cashier can’t seem to understand that for some reason, like it’s the first time the restaurant dealt...
