Downtowner Cheongdam — Restaurant in Seoul

Popped in on a Fri night at 8pm and things seemed a bit quiet. We didn’t realize last orders were at 8.30pm. We ordered the cheese burger, bacon cheese burger and truffle cheese burger. All we’re done well and very tasty. However there was something missing that made it a 5 star burger somehow. Our truffle Parmesan fries came with so much shredded Parmesan cheese that it seemed more like cheese served with fries rather than fries served with cheese on top. What a bonus! What made this meal special was the extraordinary service from the time we were showed to our table, the ordering process, when our order was brought to our table and finally the staff even helped us call a taxi to take us back...

The burger and fries were nice but nothing special. The shop is completely lacking organisation though - you get assigned a table with a menu but then go to the counter to order and the order is then brought out. Cutlery is brought to the table but condiments, drinks and napkins are self service. I waited over 15 minutes for a simple burger and fries which seems too long. I don‘t think their prices are justified either at over 10.000 won for the most...

Straight off the grill some of the freshest burgers in Seoul. Made from various American sourced products there's a midsize selection of burgers and fries available. Very fresh ingredients, tasty sauces and a nice selection of beveeages including Magpie brewing craft beer. A little noisy atmosphere but great to stop by and grab a bite to beat by yourself or with a friend(s). Takeout amd delivery options...
