Gyodae Galbijip City Hall — Restaurant in Seoul

The food at this Korean BBQ spot was absolutely delicious, but the service left a lot to be desired. The flavors and quality of the dishes were top-notch, but unfortunately, the experience was dampened by the lack of hospitality. Not a single word from the servers, not even a greeting or a goodbye. It felt like we were invisible the entire time, and honestly, we left feeling unwelcome. If you're just looking for good food, this place delivers, but don't expect much in the way of service...

Delicious korean BBQ

Pro. Friendly staffs and you do not need to cook yourself. Most of BBQ restaurants nearby are not cook by the staff. They have very unique looking fan that works very well. Because all the smoke was sucked up, there was no smoke from grilling meat inside the restaurant, and there wasn't much of a smell either.

Reasonable price. Side dishes were delicious. Cold noodle soup was also very authentic. Free soft ice cream to all customers.

The food is tasty and also the price is reasonable ; the beef is yummy but the jeju pork is a bit disappointing… But! The highlight is the service! Worst to the point like telling wrong and unclear instructions and wrong information on the menu, the waiters and waitresses seem like they hate working and trying not to see us, especially the one who wears the cap, she ignored us three to four times, you can only think it is a good food and good price’s place but worst...
