The amount of 한우고기 in this soup was truly minuscule. Maybe around 30 g? If they had served it as usual, with the rice separate, for you to add as you like, this fact would have been just too obvious. I recently came in to try their special gomtang for breakfast. Since they make the soup by using only briskets and shanks, the broth was clear and slightly bland. It didn’t quite have the rich and hearty taste I was looking for, but I liked that it tasted healthy and not too overwhelming. For an extra charge, you can also opt to have the rice separate from the soup which is better if you’d like to enjoy the meats.
