Ramen Borudo — Restaurant in Seoul

Ask for clients to wait outside even if it’s 30 degrees and 90% humidity As a client i pay to be in a comfortable place not a random street in the sun, you should not accept more clients when you the weather is unbearable.

For the food it’s good ramen place. You have to like to eat in front of the staff (I know that’s quite normal in Asia) But I like it better when you can eat comfortably without anyone here.

Good food but bad...

Ramen is my favorite dish and I have eaten it in many places in South Korea; so I was very disappointed to find a place that I did not like at all. The ramen was extremely salty and had an unbalanced oiliness to it which did not taste good. The gyoza was decent. I'm confused by other reviews as they have given high praise even though when I checked (after I visited the restaurant) the Korean blogs, the ratings...

They were so accommodating with our party of six with 4 kids! Seating was quicker than expected and the service was friendly and kind. The food was great as well. Thick broth, the egg was cooked perfectly with a jammy center, and the noodles had a good bite to them. Looked more like a local spot....
