Ikseon-dong Restaurant Maison de Paris — Restaurant in Seoul

We went there for a date, it has a nice atmosphere and seems a gentle place for a nice lunch. The staff are very friendly and the lunch deal sadly the thing that appealed to us - wasn’t for the weekend and we missed that note when flipping through the guide. The pizza was nice but wasn’t worth the price - I was left hungry and the steak wasn’t that good for my partner: looking around the customers you had to search for the ‘I’m impressed face’.

As I stated, the service was fantastic and the vegetarian option was made available. The taste was good but compared to other pizza in Jongno it wasn't as good as you'd expect for the price.

I think the atmosphere when we arrived was good but after more people came in - we noticed and overheard the comments of the Korean customers who were confused by their pizza and noticed on KakoaMaps we weren't the only ones that had visited the restaurant and left with the same feeling.

I think your restaurant has great potential and perhaps the feedback on KakoaMaps would point out concerns. We didn't check until after because we saw the lunch deal but didn't look at 'the rules of the deal' we were just flipping through as we were curious passerbyers..

Maybe the price seemed high but you need to justify that through satisfaction of the customer..

First of all very nice atmosphere! 🥰 The prices are cheaper around the lunch time which is very nice 👍🏼 We went in the evening and it was packed. Sadly the restaurant didn’t have a waitinglist. The menu is quite big and they have many delicious European options. In general I’ve noticed that every portion was quite small. The wine glass was filled a little bit too less and the food portions were too small. I don’t eat that much in general and I had to order a side of fries to get full. The fries 🍟 however 10/10! The food presentation was stunningly lovely but the first dish arrived 5 min prior to mine, which was kind of annoying because everything on my plate was cold except for the actual salmon. The staff was understanding 🥰 super helpful and kind. I was quite satisfied with my visit but here and there is room some improvement ❤️ I would definitely recommend and come...

What an utter disappointment! We booked a table for four here as we wanted something different for a change. The Caucasian waitress with the dark hair that took our order acted like it was the last place on earth she wanted to be, and the service was absolutely disjointed. We ordered the mussels with fries as a starter to share. We got only the mussels first, with the fries arriving five minutes after we had finished the mussels. Our mains then came out one by one also, again with a gap of 5 to 10 minutes between each one. My meal, which was the beef bourguignon, was bland and tasteless.
