This is definitely such a hidden gem in Jongno! A quaint little shop specializing in buckwheat dishes like buckwheat noodles, buckwheat pancakes and dumplings. Feels pretty authentic with little tourists and mostly locals, and the food tasted so fresh and thoughtfully made. I had the truffle oil buckwheat noodles which was super fragrant and came with delicious side dishes like yuzu pork and buckwheat pancakes. The yuzu pork is definitely a must get if you’re a yuzu fan. Definitely come to enjoy a nice calming meal with super fresh ingredients!

PSA: posisbly the best Korean dumplings you can get in Seoul, and I've been living here for almost 5 years, emerging in the dumplings culture. Tbh Korean dumplings have always been quite forgettable for me, growing up eating dim sum constantly. But this place hit the mark, the flavour was top notch umami and everything went very well together. Dumplings came in many shapes and fillings, though not very distinctive from one another, they were of perfect texture and seasoning. Just very well balanced and melt in your mouth. This great restaurant focus on a few traditional Korean fare done to perfection. All perfect pairing with Makgeoli soju or beer
