EDIT:
They removed vegan options. Now I have to change the review, sadly. Nothing to eat there..
**(before:)Vegan, plant-based options! Clearly marked. There is a variety of kinds of seating including quiet booths tucked away, comfy diner-style booth seats, or small tables. It's bustling but easy to feel relaxed. It's a good choice for anyone but if you have vegans in the party they have a couple of tasty and satisfying options, and omni-options abound. The plant-based meat salad has light bean meat with a savory sesame dressing, asparagus spears, crispy-fried garlic, sautéed onions, various greens, puffed grains, and lightly sautéed mushrooms. It is fine alone as a light meal, or paired witn pasta. Anyone would enjoy the flavors and textures so fine for sharing.
The truffle mushroom pasta has mushrooms cut in chunks and also thinly sliced, with subtle, rich flavors including soy cream and truffle oil. The cream sauce is just the right thickness and amount and sticks nicely to every bite.

We got the signature set: Salad, choice of pasta, bomba pizza, and we added the mozzaballs. Salad tasted fresh with tasty dressing, enjoyed the grilled corn and tomatoes on it. We got the Garden Scallop Pasta and my little toddler devoured it! It had good flavor and the pasta was the perfect al dente texture. The mozza balls were yummy, especially when dipped in the rosemary honey. The bomba pizza is a cheese pizza with walnuts and cranberries on top. I really enjoyed the tasty dough. It was shaped like a dome, and they cut off the top part which was just the crust. Some parts were crispy and tasted like naan bread. The set also came with two ades and we got grapefruit and passion fruit. Overall, I was very satisfied with our meal today. I would definitely go back and try other things...

The tasteful decoration added a touch of elegance to the dining space, enhancing the overall experience. I ordered the shrimp rose pasta, and it was a true delight. The creamy rose sauce perfectly complemented the succulent shrimp, creating a symphony of flavors that left my taste buds dancing. The menu offered a delightful range of authentic Italian dishes, each bursting with flavor and prepared with care. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients used in every dish. The service was attentive and friendly, further elevating the dining experience. With a rating of 4.5 stars, I highly recommend this bistro to anyone looking for a taste of Italy in the heart of Seoul."
