They we so mean to me here! First they got my order wrong! I wait 20 minutes for my order of 2 midnight Mocha frappuccinos, and then they handed me 2 regular mocha frappuccinos. So they had me order again. I had told them already that I can't drink any milk, so I asked for the whip cream on top and in the middle to not be added. And they said they would only take off the whip cream in top. But they will not in the whip cream in the middle. (While I was waiting for my drinks the first time, I watched them make the midnight mocha frappuccino. They blend the drink first. Then they pour in half of the frappuccino. Then they spray in a middle layer of whip cream. Then they pour in the last half of the frappuccino. Therefore, it would be very easy to not add middle layer at all.) so asked them why they would not take out the middle layer. They said the starbucks company told them not to. Starbucks has a reputation for having great customer service and customizing drinks. I think I was treated this way because I was a foreigner. After they got my first order wrong the worker were giving me unkind expressions. This was on Sunday. It's Friday now and I'm still upset about it. When ever I tell other people what happened, they are so shocked. I'm not going to go to this store again. Oh and I sent Starbucks Korea a complaint through their app. They sided with the store and said it would be too difficult to make my customized drink. I watched them making the drink.
