Zest — Restaurant in Seoul

Didn't expect much here but was a total FIASCO. Dined in around 7, but most of the food was cold and dry. (Starting from pancake and salad to Korean dishes, too) Tried some of them but nothing fulfilled my expectation. I had breakfast with my mother and little younger sister but the main manager didn't even know exact age regulations. We told to the front staff entering restaurant that my younger sister is kid and she also confirmed it. But we checked our bill and found out she was charged of adult fee but the mananger treated us like a black consumer telling "I will make this time for you once." At last, he apologized for his mistake but I think at least the manager should know exact age regulations before treating someone rudely. I added one point just for my table server. Except that, everythig was below average and it was the worst 5 stars experience in my life. 조식 드시지 마시고...

Had the breakfast buffet and it was one of the best buffet breakfasts we have had so far. It was included in the nightly rate, which made it even sweeter.

The staff was super friendly and respectful. We had our young infant with us, and the staff went the extra mile to make it easier for us. They have the Stokke high chairs (fantastic high chair BTW, and makes me want to get one for our home), baby plates, cups, and utensils. One of the staff members brought us hot chocolate just in case the baby would be interested in it. So nice and thoughtful.

Food was really good too. Very large spread - I probably tasted just over half of the items they had. The Korean dishes were probably the best of the lot. Of the things I tried, the chocolate croissant was probably my...

Not much variety in the breakfast. But included in my room price, so we have to go here. No other option within hotel. I would prefer to get a cheaper room with no breakfast included so I can eat anywhere else.

Service is good only when they are not busy. But the line gets very long very soon and staff lose their minds. They literally fall apart. And there is less and less food when the breakfast is half over. I wish I didn't have to eat here, but it's included and I'm a flawed human who can't turn down food I have already paid for. So here we are morning after morning...
