Hemingway's Cafe — Restaurant in Adeje

What a rare find. A British bar that doesn't feel like you're in Britain in the sunshine!! A fantastic place, with fabulous, friendly staff, lovely home-made food and an owner that's got it absolutely spot-on. The best compliment that I can pay Hemingway's Cafe is that I've always said that I would NEVER visit an English Bar/Cafe when I'm abroad...because I get enough of home, at home!!!! I'm 58 and I've stuck to that principle until we stopped off there as our apartment was literally 2 minutes away. And I'm so glad that we did. It's a very good sign that they get plenty of Spanish regulars and many other nationalities dropping by for a great coffee or a spot of breakfast/lunch. We are heading back to Costa Adeje soon and we will be going there every day, as we did on our last trip, for sometimes just a delicious coffee, as it really is the best place that we encountered on the South of the island. Nice restaurant close to Aqualand with lots of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

My family and I came here multiple times during our holiday, they have something for everyone from healthy options to fried breakfast and pancakes, milkshakes, and a decent cup of coffee to go with it.

The staff are friendly and attentive, and with the two kids liking their pancakes done differently the orders always came out perfect.

We tried a few things from chocolate milkshakes, keto breakfast, the breakfast stack, avocado smash, cortados, everything was served fresh and reached the table piping hot and ready to eat. I think it’s the first time I’ve ordered spinach and it has reached the table still piping hot.

The dining area is kept clean, tables are cleaned regularly as people leave and enter, there is a buzz around the place but there is not a huge amount of pressure on customers to leave quickly either. Nice chilled atmosphere to enjoy breakfast before a day out...

Stayed at the Malibu park apartments and first day hubby went on walk about finding shops cafe etc whilst I stayed and watched our grandkids around the pool after a short walk he came back said he had found good local supermarket and a cafe full to the brim with customers and food looked good So the next morning up for brekky Hemingway’s it was 10/10 for breakfast, the service , the staff brilliant and the price . made the kids welcome and comfortable and went out of there way to accommodate my 3 year old grandson and his desire for pancakes with sugar and drinking chocolate We always say when on holiday if kids are happy so are we . breakfast or evening meal was great deffo recommend it to everyone so well done Hemingway’s you kept us well and truly full to the...
